Luvo Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Luvo mobile app (the “App”) and the related website at luvo.elvarsystems.co.uk. Luvo is operated by Elvar Systems Ltd (“we”, “us”), registered in the United Kingdom.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Luvo. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials safe and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t do anything illegal, harmful, or harassing inside Luvo. Don’t try to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App or its infrastructure. Don’t scrape or abuse our APIs.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the destinations, pitches, photos, votes and other content you create in Luvo. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of providing the service to you and your group.
5. Group content
Anything you post inside a trip is visible to other members of that trip. Think before you post.
6. Beta software
Luvo is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. We’ll try to give notice for material changes, but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted service during the beta period.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Luvo may offer paid features in the future. When that happens, separate billing terms will apply at the point of purchase. Where you pay via the Apple App Store, Apple’s terms also apply.
8. Termination
You can stop using Luvo at any time and delete your account from inside the App. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. No warranty & liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, and our liability for any loss arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months (which, in beta, is typically zero).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “effective” date above and, where the change is material, will let users know in-product.
