Luvo Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out the rules for content you post inside Luvo trips — including chat messages, emoji reactions, and trip details. It applies to all users of the Luvo mobile app and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content
You must not post content that:
- Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
- Contains nudity, is sexually explicit or otherwise indecent, or depicts non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Threatens, promotes, or glorifies violence or self-harm.
- Is hate speech — content that attacks or demeans people based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or similar).
- Infringes intellectual property rights you don’t hold.
- Discloses other people’s personal information without their consent.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages, advertisements, or phishing attempts.
- Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App or its infrastructure.
3. Reporting and blocking
If you see content or behaviour that breaches this policy, report it in-app: long-press the chat message and tap “Report”. You can also block another user by long-pressing one of their messages and tapping “Block user”, which hides that person’s messages and reactions from you in that chat. For anything you cannot report in-app (for example a trip name or photo), email contact@elvarsystems.co.uk.
4. Enforcement
We review reports within 24 hours. Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, warn the user, or suspend or terminate the account. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent removal without warning.
If your account is suspended and you believe the action was incorrect, email contact@elvarsystems.co.uk. We will review and respond within 7 days.
5. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and notify users in-product of material changes.
