Accessibility Statement
Luvo is operated by Elvar Systems Ltd (“we”, “us”), registered in the United Kingdom. We want everyone to be able to plan trips with their friends, regardless of ability. This statement explains where we stand on accessibility and how to reach us if something doesn’t work for you.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the EU’s EN 301 549 and the UK Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations. We treat accessibility as part of how we build, not a feature we bolt on afterwards: we use sufficient colour contrast, support text scaling, label interactive controls, and design for keyboard and screen-reader navigation.
2. Scope
This statement covers the Luvo marketing and legal website at luvo.elvarsystems.co.uk and the Luvo mobile app for iOS and Android. The native app additionally inherits the accessibility features of the operating system, including VoiceOver, TalkBack, Dynamic Type, and reduce-motion settings.
3. Known limitations
We are not aware of any accessibility barriers on this website at the time of writing. We have not yet completed a formal independent audit, so this statement reflects our own ongoing testing rather than a certified conformance claim. If we identify a barrier, we will list it here together with our plan to fix it.
4. Feedback and contact
If you encounter a barrier, find content you can’t access, or want to request information in a different format, please tell us. Email contact@elvarsystems.co.uk with “Accessibility” in the subject line and describe the problem, the page or screen, and the device or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five working days.
5. Enforcement
If you contact us about an accessibility problem and you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise the matter with the relevant national body. In the UK, accessibility complaints can be escalated to the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) via the Equality Advisory and Support Service.

We review this statement regularly and update the effective date above whenever it changes.
